Ingredients

• 8 large Tomatoes, cut into halves
• 1 teaspoon Chopped Marjoram
• 1 teaspoon Chopped Rosemary
• 1 teaspoon Chopped Thyme
• 4 cloves Garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
• Salt
• Freshly Ground Black Pepper
• Optional, ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

1. Combine tomatoes, chopped herbs, minced garlic, olive
oil, black pepper, and salt inside the pot.
2. Leave to cook on slow cooker mode set to low for 4 hours.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with grated parmesan.

Cooking Tips

Other herbs from the Provencale region such as oregano,
tarragon, and parsley may also be substituted or added
altogether… you definitely couldn’t go wrong.
